Este MiniPC fue diseñado especialmente para aplicaciones de flota. El Car-PC puede ser conectado directamente a la batería del coche (12/24 V). Sobre la base de encendido, el PC se iniciará y apagará automáticamente.
Para una PC completo necesita además:
- Intel Mobile CPU (Sockel P)
- 2.5 "HDD / SSD o la tarjeta CompactFlash
- So-DDR2-RAM
El barebone funciona sin ventilador y puede ser equipado con un procesador Intel Mobile Sockel P CPU (por ejemplo, Intel P8600).
Integra el AIMB Advantech-258 Mini-ITX con muchas características y conectores (ver hoja de datos).
